“For the treasure buried in a field, the one who discovers and knows it becomes its owner”. The Bible’s true value is not found merely in the text itself, nor can it be extracted simply by reading and memorizing it. Simply knowing there is treasure buried in a field does not change our lives; if we know the truth but fail to act, we are like someone satisfied with the mere knowledge of the treasure who never bothers to dig it up. To truly possess it, we must act knowing properly, just as Jesus taught in His parable that a person must sell all their possessions to buy the field and gain the treasure.
In God’s history, whatever it is, you can acquire it only if you perceive it as precious. God gives His profound blessings and spiritual opportunities to those who value Him and treat His words as absolutely precious. By knowing God’s Word clearly, we are empowered to take action clearly on what God wants for this specific time period. We must prioritize the spiritual over the physical, so that when the ultimate opportunity calls, we are not caught up in our own worldly things, missing the chance of a lifetime.
As determined believers, we are called to be owners, not just spectators. We step into ownership by offering our daily sacrifice, living proactively, and fully uniting our minds with the thoughts of the Holy Trinity. Let us earnestly seek to discover the deep heart of God, meticulously learn His directions, and take zealous action upon His Word within our given domain. Only through this absolute life of action can we unearth the hidden truths, step out of a mediocre life of faith, and rightfully claim the eternal treasure God has prepared for us.
